Summary:
This position is responsible for managing the secure storage, tracking, and archiving of quality-related documentation and records, both onsite and offsite. The role supports the maintenance and reconciliation of logbooks and laboratory notebooks, ensuring compliance with established procedures and facilitating coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the archival room and coordinate the transfer of documentation to offsite storage facilities.
- Receive, archive, and file executed quality-related physical records in a secure onsite documentation area.
- Control and monitor access to documentation areas, tracking all document and record submission and removal activities.
- Support the creation, numbering, issuance, closure, and reconciliation of logbooks and laboratory notebooks.
- Maintain and archive quality logbooks in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinate documentation activities with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and record-keeping tasks.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team, contributing to a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Associate’s degree required.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Excellent documentation skills and strong attention to detail.
- Organized and able to coordinate activities with various stakeholders.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial setting.
