Job Title: Packaging Technician

Summary:
The Packaging Technician is responsible for labeling, packing, and preparing finished products for order fulfillment, while ensuring efficient packaging operations and accurate documentation. This role supports warehousing and logistics objectives, maintains a clean and organized work area, and upholds high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct verification of packaging area clearance before initiating packaging activities.
- Apply labels to both individual and bulk finished products as required.
- Assemble and package finished products with appropriate instructions and labels in designated boxes.
- Complete and maintain accurate documentation related to packaging and labeling processes.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the packaging and labeling workspace at all times.
- Support various projects and perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Quarantine in-process materials based on inspection or testing outcomes.
- Identify, recommend, or implement solutions through established communication channels.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalence required.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions with minimal supervision.
- Capable of identifying non-conforming products according to product specifications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a medical device or science-related field is a plus.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently, maintain ethical practices, and demonstrate resilience.
- Physical ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, sitting, and reaching.
