Summary:
Seeking a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead a marketing team, drive digital presence, and execute impactful marketing strategies for advanced scientific services and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and management of engaging digital content, ensuring the website and digital platforms highlight technological advancements and scientific achievements.
- Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize website content, monitor analytics, and implement improvements to maximize digital visibility and user engagement.
- Direct and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing resources and guidance to achieve marketing objectives and foster professional growth.
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase awareness and adoption of preclinical services and scientific models.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, event-based, and public relations initiatives to expand outreach and engagement.
- Oversee and enhance digital communication platforms such as websites, newsletters, and social media to ensure effective marketing and information dissemination.
- Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to support business development and networking efforts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in sales, business development, technology, and research to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals and maintain accurate business databases.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in a biomedical field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a contract research organization environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of drug discovery processes, including both small molecules and biologics.
- Background in chemistry, pharmacology, DMPK, and toxicology for IND enabling is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in scientific communication and marketing.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- An MBA or business certificate and proficiency in Chinese are advantageous.
