Job Title: Clinical Site Recruiter

Summary:

Seeking a Clinical Site Recruiter with experience in clinical research site recruitment to manage the full candidate lifecycle for site-level clinical positions. This role involves proactive talent identification, engagement, and assessment for a variety of clinical roles, supporting both high-volume and specialized hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment process for clinical site roles, including medical assistants, clinical research coordinators, site managers, site directors, and principal investigators.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, and clinical associations to build strong talent pipelines.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on clinical competencies, regulatory knowledge, and site operations experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define job requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and requisition data within applicant tracking systems.
• Engage with both active and passive candidates to fill hard-to-fill clinical roles efficiently.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and attract top clinical talent.
• Support recruitment efforts for both high-volume and specialized clinical research positions across multiple sites.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience in a clinical site or clinical research environment.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates for challenging clinical roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Experience in a staffing agency or contract research organization (CRO) environment preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, human resources, or a related field preferred.
