Sr. Manufacturing Technician

Summary:
Seeking a Senior Manufacturing Technician to oversee the production of high-quality medical devices and research products, ensuring safety and effectiveness. This role involves maintaining process controls, supervising a team, and supporting both strategic and operational goals with professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the manufacturing of products by following batch records and utilizing both manual and semi-automated equipment.
- Operate and calibrate measuring instruments, including pH meters and temperature/humidity probes, ensuring accurate process control.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate production equipment, addressing any process or equipment issues promptly.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety and eGMP housekeeping standards at all times.
- Accurately complete batch records and related documentation, verifying processing data and conducting necessary checks.
- Supervise and guide a small team of manufacturing technicians, preparing production schedules and managing product inventories.
- Support process development, validation, and design transfer activities, including process trending, data analysis, and technical reporting.
- Initiate, recommend, and implement solutions for process improvements through established channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work efficiently and independently.
- Strong written, verbal, and collaborative communication skills.
- Organized with the ability to adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Previous experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or clean room environments is a plus, but not required.
