Summary:
Seeking experienced professionals to manage full life cycle recruitment for clinical research roles on a temp-to-perm basis. This opportunity is ideal for those with a strong background in life sciences recruitment, particularly within clinical research, and offers immediate engagement through the end of the year with potential for permanent placement.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for clinical research positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to assess and fulfill staffing requirements across various research teams.
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines for roles such as Clinical Research Coordinators, Clinical Research Nurses, Regulatory Specialists, Clinical Data Coordinators, and Sub-Investigators.
- Implement proactive sourcing strategies utilizing professional networks, job boards, and direct outreach within the clinical research sector.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records within applicant tracking systems and recruitment workflows.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment focused on clinical research growth.
- Engage and build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure effective recruitment outcomes.
- Adapt to evolving recruitment needs and manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, CRO, or biotech industries.
- Demonstrated familiarity with clinical research roles and the associated talent landscape, especially in oncology or therapeutic trials.
- Experience recruiting contract or contingent talent is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple recruitment assignments concurrently.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Prepared to work remotely with a reliable home office setup.
- Preference for candidates located in EST or CST time zones.
