Job Title: Sr. Director, BioPharma Sales

Summary:
Seeking a dynamic leader to drive commercial growth and strategic partnerships within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. This role requires a blend of scientific knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills to expand market presence and foster high-value customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement commercial strategies to achieve growth objectives across pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities by engaging with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with leaders in clinical development, translational medicine, and related scientific fields.
- Lead complex sales cycles, including technical evaluations, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial activities with organizational goals and ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor and develop commercial team members, contributing to a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
- Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in oncology drug development, precision medicine, and biomarkers.
- Represent the organization at industry events, providing market insights and supporting product and commercial strategy development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Immunology, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, MS) preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or commercial leadership within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostics, CRO, or oncology-focused organizations.
- Proven track record of driving commercial growth and forming strategic partnerships for complex scientific or technology-driven solutions.
- Strong understanding of oncology drug development, clinical trials, translational medicine, biomarkers, and precision medicine.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders across scientific and commercial functions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating scientific concepts into business value for diverse audiences.
- Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing commercial talent is a plus.
- Self-driven, intellectually curious, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
