Job Title: Service Project Coordinator / Manager

Work Location: Brazos County, Texas

Summary:

The Service Project Coordinator / Manager oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of service projects, ensuring operational efficiency and successful project delivery from initiation through closeout. This role involves managing logistics, tracking project status, coordinating resources, and maintaining documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily execution and progress of multiple service projects, resolving operational issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, and internal resources for effective field operations and project delivery.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and transportation for field teams, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate procurement and timely delivery of tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
  • Track project status, maintain financial oversight, prepare cost summaries, and support billing and documentation for service projects.
  • Create and maintain preventive maintenance protocols, develop and revise standard operating procedures, and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Conduct site visits to assess service requirements, support troubleshooting, and collaborate with teams to resolve on-site challenges.
  • Participate in cross-functional coordination, supporting project transitions and planning discussions for complex or high-value service work.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience coordinating logistics, vendors, and field teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and financial tracking.
  • Experience with HVAC, estimating, vendor management, and client-facing roles is highly valued.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% out of state as required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Relevant education or equivalent work experience in project coordination or management.
