Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Summary:

Seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and direct maintenance team members on daily work orders, preventative schedules, and job order assignments.
  • Interpret and analyze electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Diagnose, repair, and assemble electronic circuits and mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient restoration of production.
  • Install conduit and wiring in compliance with NEC and applicable codes, and perform preventive lubrication and inspection of machinery.
  • Identify and address machine malfunctions, coordinating repair scheduling with operations leaders to prevent breakdowns.
  • Operate equipment and tools requiring precise control, including ladders and scissor lifts, while adhering to safety protocols and OSHA requirements.
  • Adapt to different production lines and responsibilities, maintaining a clean and organized work environment and following documented processes.
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with team members, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and production requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance (preferred).
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong skills in interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, assembling, and repairing electronic and mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge of NEC and OSHA safety standards and procedures.
  • Ability to operate ladders, scissor lifts, and other maintenance equipment safely.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including mandatory overtime as needed.
