Summary:
Seeking a hands-on B2B marketing leader to drive demand generation, content creation, and field marketing for a growing organization supporting clinical research. This individual contributor role will oversee agency partners and manage multi-channel campaigns, reporting, and analytics, with a focus on building pipeline and supporting sales in a regulated, technical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-channel demand generation initiatives (email, paid, social, web) to build and accelerate marketing-sourced pipeline.
- Develop and manage lead scoring, nurture sequences, and segmentation in HubSpot, ensuring seamless handoffs to sales teams.
- Design and execute account-based marketing campaigns targeting key industry sponsors and organizations.
- Own marketing analytics and reporting, building dashboards to connect marketing activities to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Create compelling content for clinical research audiences, including case studies, blog posts, event promotions, and sales collateral.
- Manage company social media channels and website strategy, ensuring consistent messaging and effective lead capture.
- Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars, turning each into extended campaigns with follow-up and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with sales to develop materials and campaigns that support deal closure and expansion, while managing agency and channel partner relationships.
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience within the clinical research ecosystem (pharma, CROs, or trial sites) required.
- Experience marketing to complex, multi-stakeholder B2B buying processes in regulated or technical industries.
- Proven ability to own marketing programs and drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a data-first mindset.
- Proficient in executing across multiple channels: email, social, paid, content, and events.
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce; familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Zoominfo is a plus.
- Excellent writing skills, able to translate complex clinical services into clear, credible messaging for technical audiences.
- Highly organized, self-directed, and strong in project management, with the ability to track deadlines and communicate proactively.
- Skilled in utilizing AI to develop workflows while maintaining accuracy, brand consistency, and data security.
