Job Title: Soldering Technician

Work Location: Bucks County, Pennsylvania

Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented Soldering Technician to support the assembly, rework, and testing of electronic printed circuit board assemblies for advanced medical devices. This full-time, on-site role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and contribute to the development of next-generation personal health monitoring technology.

Responsibilities:

• Perform rework and testing of electronic printed circuit board assemblies, ensuring high-quality standards for medical device applications.
• Track and document progress of rework activities, maintaining accurate records for compliance and process improvement.
• Collaborate with development teams to assist in research and development of new components, assemblies, and processes.
• Support engineering tasks including design, testing, modification, fabrication, and assembly of prototype devices and test equipment.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality system procedures and regulatory requirements throughout all work processes.
• Utilize intermediate to advanced microelectronic soldering and rework skills, including HDI circuits and micro soldering under a microscope.
• Operate within a professional office and laboratory environment, using soldering equipment, microscopes, and standard office tools.
• Participate in an interview process that may include a hands-on soldering skills demonstration.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with medical device assembly.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in microelectronic soldering and rework, especially with HDI circuits and micro soldering under a microscope.
• Experience working within ISO or FDA-type design control environments is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and advanced fine motor skills.
• Ability to work scheduled hours Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with engineering and development teams.
• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring close vision, color vision, depth perception, and fine motor skills.
