Job Title: Compounder

Work Location: Morris County, New Jersey

Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented individual to compound fragrance batches, maintain quality standards, and support production operations in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Weigh and mix raw materials according to specified formulas to compound fragrance batches.
• Deliver samples to quality control and ensure proper coverage and documentation of completed batches.
• Operate forklifts to safely transfer products within the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Follow all ISO 9001 requirements and remain accountable for responsibilities defined by process flows.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands and deadlines.
• Utilize basic computer skills for batch tracking and documentation.
• Communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written, to ensure accurate execution of tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Some computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous compounding experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Batch Metrics and Oracle preferred.
