Job Title: Project Manager – Site Integrations

Work Location: Remote

Summary:

This position is responsible for managing the integration and launch of new clinical research locations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring all operational aspects are prepared for successful site openings. The role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to oversee multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of new-site integration projects, ensuring all phases from initiation to operational launch are completed efficiently.
  • Develop, update, and track comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate and facilitate collaboration among various departments, including operations, HR, IT, training, and facilities, to align project objectives.
  • Prepare and present project materials, dashboards, and status reports for meetings and leadership updates.
  • Lead structured project meetings, document key decisions, and distribute clear meeting minutes and action items to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or delays, and escalate issues as needed to maintain project momentum.
  • Support the transition of newly launched sites into ongoing operations, ensuring all resources and processes are in place.
  • Travel to new locations during critical phases to provide on-site project management and support successful launches.

Qualifications:

  • Two to five years of professional project management experience, preferably involving multiple departments or stakeholder groups.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated experience leading meetings, managing priorities, and handling concurrent projects with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and related productivity tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Experience within large or matrixed organizations is valued.
  • Background in healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or multi-site operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management and reporting platforms such as Smartsheet or Monday.com is advantageous.
  • Experience supporting new location openings, integrations, or operational launches is a plus.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25–50% as required by project and site-launch needs.
