Job Title: Sr. Project Manager

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead and coordinate clinical study projects utilizing mobile and cloud-based data-capture technology. This role involves full project lifecycle management, client and site relationship ownership, and mentoring junior team members, all within a dynamic and innovative healthcare technology environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of clinical study projects, ensuring seamless coordination from initiation through close-out using advanced digital data-capture platforms.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations, and resolving complex issues as they arise.
- Oversee document review and audit readiness, supporting site and CRA communications and ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
- Design and deliver training sessions for sites and users, including application demonstrations, device setup, and portal access, while developing reusable training materials.
- Plan and facilitate key project meetings, set agendas, and drive actionable outcomes for both internal and client-facing sessions.
- Coordinate translation of project documents and serve as the liaison with translation vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain project data and documentation across internal systems, generating and distributing reports and dashboards for project visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and clinical operations teams to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines, while supporting process improvement and compliance initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of project management experience, particularly in clinical trial technology, eCOA/mobile health platforms, or healthcare SaaS.
- Degree in a related field of study.
- Demonstrated success in managing the full project lifecycle for technology-enabled clinical studies.
- Strong client-facing skills, with experience managing stakeholder relationships and executive-level communications.
- Experience with budget forecasting, resource planning, and scope management across multiple projects.
- Knowledge of GCPs, ICH guidelines, FDA, and other healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and implement structure and process improvements.
