Job Title: Recruiter

Work Location: Raleigh, North Carolina - role is onsite 5 days per week

Summary:

Seeking an experienced recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles in scientific, clinical, manufacturing, and operational areas. This position requires strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management skills, as well as the ability to partner with hiring managers to deliver top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for multiple functional areas, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create customized sourcing plans.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of candidates using proactive sourcing, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, presenting top profiles to hiring teams.
• Facilitate offer negotiations and guide candidates through the hiring process for a positive experience.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to manage candidate flow and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Continuously improve recruitment strategies based on feedback and market trends.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sectors.
• Knowledge of GMP environments and regulated industry hiring is advantageous.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
