Job Title: RN - Fountain Valley

Summary:

Seeking Registered Nurses with experience in oncology to deliver compassionate care in an outpatient clinical environment. This temporary-to-hire role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring safety, education, and continuity of care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients undergoing oncology treatments.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor for any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols, medications, and follow-up requirements.
• Observe and report any treatment-related symptoms or adverse reactions promptly.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation for all patient interactions.
• Ensure continuity of care throughout the oncology treatment process.
• Adhere to established clinical, safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in California, in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with oncology nursing experience required.
• Strong skills in patient assessment and clinical decision-making.
• Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in patient education.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation detail.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
